  4. UPI: Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a popular payment method in India. We accept UPI payments, allowing you to make transactions directly from your bank account using your UPI ID.

The Fees and Payments Policy ("FPP Policy") outlines Tajore’s accepted payment methods and policies related to fees and payments for services offered through our Platform. Our goal is to provide a user-friendly and secure platform for financial transactions.

Fees and Payment Options

  1. No Fees for Browsing:

    • Tajore does not charge fees for browsing the Platform. 

  2. Multiple Payment Options:

    • Tajore offers various payment options, including net banking, select credit and debit cards, and other methods as provided. We reserve the right to add or remove payment options without notice.

  3. Discretion in Accepting Payments:

    • Tajore reserves the right to accept or reject payments at our discretion. We may request additional identification to validate transactions. Failure to provide requested information may result in payment rejection.

  4. Security of Financial Information:

    • Users must provide accurate financial information. Users are responsible for the security of their financial details. Tajore disclaims liability for unauthorized use of financial information.

  5. Limitation of Liability:

    • Tajore is not liable for losses or damages due to unauthorized transactions, exceeding credit limits, technical glitches, or other issues beyond our control.

  6. Transaction Limits and Suspicious Activity:

    • Tajore may impose limits on the number of transactions and reserve the right to refuse or delay processing transactions from Users with suspicious activity. Tajore is not liable for any damages resulting from such actions.

  7. Pricing and Taxes:

    • All prices on the Platform include applicable taxes. Users are responsible for all fees and taxes associated with purchases. In case of pricing errors, Tajore may rectify the error and notify the User. Refunds or additional payments will be processed accordingly.

  8. Applicable Terms and Conditions:

    • Users must adhere to the terms and conditions of their bank or financial institution. Tajore is not liable for issues arising from these third-party terms.

  9. Third-Party Payment Service Providers:

    • Tajore may use third-party payment service providers to facilitate transactions. Users agree to the terms and conditions of these providers.

  10. Unauthorized Purchases:

    • Users must report unauthorized charges within 24 days of the transaction. Tajore will investigate and take appropriate action.

  11. Invalidated Payments:

    • Users must remit invalidated payments within 24 hours of receiving notice from Tajore. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
